How to cook Bison is always a good question – but it is also a premium red meat product. I personally find even though it cost more I spend less and consume less. When I first started buying meat, it drove me crazy going to the butcher and picking out a steak, then when they weighed it, it was a few dollars more than I had on me or wanted to spend.
